32 years of Replast = 278,400 tons of PVC given a second life
Over the past 32 years, we have recycled 278,400 tons of cable PVC, saving the planet approximately 556,800 tons of CO₂.
To help you better visualize this amount of PVC, here are a few comparisons:
The Effel Tower weighs about 10,100 tons. That means 278,400 tons of recycled PVC equals roughly 27 Eiffel Towers.
An average car weighs around 1.5 tons. So, this amount of PVC corresponds to approximately 185,600 cars.
blue whale weighs around 150 tons. Since 1993, we have recycled enough PVC to match the weight of 1,856 whales.
