Indoor or outdoor, sports or culture – Replast provides equipment for all types of events

For over 30 years, we have been manufacturing floor panels and other equipment for both indoor and outdoor events. Our panels have supported performances by bands like U2 and Kabát, and have been walked on by several presidents and famous Olympians.

The floor boards are made from recycled cable PVC and are known for their anti-slip properties, high chemical and mechanical resistance. Their main advantage is the locking system, which allows for quick and easy assembly and disassembly.

They are an ideal choice for outdoor events – perfect for catering tent areas, sales booths, sanitary zones, under stages, or to create temporary walkways. For these purposes, we recommend 43 mm thick panels – such as the loading board (102), suitable for all types of surfaces, including unpaved ground. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 3.3 tons per square decimeter, it can also support heavy equipment.

Our floor boards are widely used in both outdoor and covered stadiums to protect tartan tracks, grass fields, or ice surfaces. You’ll find them in the largest stadiums in Prague, Munich, and Singapore. For protecting paved, flat surfaces, we recommend 22 mm thick boards – such as the interior board (115).

An excellent addition to event equipment are our cable bridges, designed to protect cables, hoses, and pipes. With a load capacity of up to 7 tons (70 kN), they can also handle the crossing of heavy vehicles. Our best-selling model is the cable bridge with inlay (265B+266).

To level stage structures or insulate under mobile units, we offer under-laying blocks, inspired by the simple and clever Lego-style system.
