Floor boards for stables, kennels, paddocks, or silage pit repairs

The requirements for flooring under our four-legged companions are high:

high load capacity
resistance to urea
easy maintenance
good thermal insulation
slip resistance
quick and easy installation
good price/performance ratio

Replast floor panels, made from 100% recycled cable PVC, meet all these demands. They are suitable for use in cowsheds, milking parlours, horse stables, and horse walkers, as well as for reinforcing areas around waterers in pastures. Smaller breeders will find them particularly useful in dog and cat enclosures or in aviaries for birds.

For the floors of cowsheds, milking parlours, stables, and animal boxes, we recommend the double sided interior boards (120) or the interior boards (115).

To protect walls, especially in horse stables, we recommend boards without interlocking systems and with a smooth design, such as the ball- point board (121). This type of board is also ideal for repairing or protecting the walls of silage pits. The panels prevent damage and crumbling of concrete walls, thereby reducing repair costs and preventing concrete debris from contaminating the silage.

For reinforcing outdoor surfaces or creating temporary access paths, we recommend choosing a 43 mm high floor boards, such as the loading board (102).

For horse walkers, riding arenas, and paddocks, we offer special paddock board (113), which serve as a stable base for sand and other specialty surface layers.
