Floor boards for home and garden use

Replast boards made from recycled PVC are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Their wide variety of types, sizes, and thicknesses allows you to choose the perfect solution for your specific needs.

For outdoor use, we recommend 43 mm thick boards, such as the Loading board (102) or solid panels like the double sided interior board (120) with a height of 22 mm. These boards are ideal for creating reinforced surfaces for cars, dog runs or other animal enclosures, or as flooring under a shelter.

To reinforce grassy or gravel driveways and parking spaces, we offer a special loading grid (103R):

Can be filled with crushed stone, gravel, or sand
Can be grassed over – used as a classic eco-grid
Provides drainage – when combined with floor boards (codes 102, 103)
Load-bearing capacity of 3.5 t per 1 dm²
Optionally available with LED lighting
Suitable for slope and riverbank reinforcement

For indoor use, we mainly recommend 22 mm thick boards such as the interior board (115) or smaller half-sized panels like the interior small reinforced (109Z), pebbled panel (107) or the interior-ball pointed board (123). These smaller boards are ideal for compact spaces such as garages, workshops, basements, or other high-load areas.

The panels are not only suitable for flooring – they can also be used as wall protection, for example in workshops or garages. For this purpose, choose smooth, lock-free panels – such as the ball point plain board (121).
